About

Who I am. What I stand for. How I work.

PMDeers combines project and program management with clarity, responsibility, and a calm focus on what truly matters. Not loud. Not over-staged. But resilient, structured, and human.

About

PMDeers is not a showroom. It is a mindset.

Behind PMDeers is not an inflated consulting promise, but the conviction that complex initiatives require orientation, structure, and reliable leadership.

I work at the intersection of transformation, project leadership, and real responsibility. My background lies in large, regulated environments in the financial industry and IT. At the same time, my work in and with nature shapes me: this is where it becomes clear what truly holds when uncertainty, scarcity, and pressure increase. This exact combination defines PMDeers.

People

Who stands behind PMDeers

I am at the forefront as founder and main responsible. At the same time, PMDeers would not be complete without the calm, reliable foundation behind it.

20+ years of experience Transformation & Governance Leadership under uncertainty

I combine many years of experience in complex projects and programs with a leadership mindset built on orientation, clarity, and responsibility. I am not interested in how something looks on slides, but whether it holds in reality. I value clean decision-making foundations, robust steering, and a language that does not conceal problems, but makes them tangible.

For me, PMDeers is the combination of digital project leadership and survival thinking: not as showmanship, but as a precise view of what teams and leaders truly need under pressure.

Accounting Planning Structure behind the scenes

I make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: administration, bookkeeping, organisation and scheduling. I keep things running smoothly, ensure reliability and make sure that ideas and plans don’t turn into chaos, but instead result in well-structured processes.

Because PMDeers aims to appear calm and clear externally, this stability behind the scenes is essential. It is not a side aspect, but a core part of what makes the overall picture resilient.

Principles

What I stand for

Three things are non-negotiable for me: clarity, responsibility, and substance.

01

Clarity before show

I do not believe in buzzword folklore. Complexity can be named – but it must be translated in a way that enables decisions.

02

Responsibility before automation

Methods, tools, and frameworks are helpful. But they must not replace thinking. Good leadership begins where responsibility is not delegated, but carried.

03

Substance before harmony

Not everything that sounds pleasant helps a project. I prefer calm honesty over a polished façade – always with respect, but without fog.

Approach

How I work

My way of working is structured, calm, and consistent. It should create confidence – not additional noise.

  • •
I create orientationI make visible where an initiative truly stands, which risks matter, and what needs to be decided or done next.
  • •
I connect business and executionI do not operate in a purely methodological world. I focus on connecting strategic intent, operational reality, and human sustainability.
  • •
I think in real resiliencePlans, governance, and communication must still work under pressure. Only then do they have real value.
  • •
I lead calmly instead of loudlyI believe in presence, precision, and reliability. Not in artificial dramatization.
Philosophy

A short philosophy, grounded in practice

For me, projects are not linear plans, but rather expeditions through changing terrain.

The terrain changes. Information is incomplete. Not everything is controllable. Precisely for this reason, a clear compass is needed: a mindset that does not collapse under uncertainty, but creates orientation.

PMDeers stands for this kind of leadership. Not heroic, not esoteric, not exaggerated. But grounded, aware, and resilient. Survival is not an end in itself, but a reminder that good decisions always involve realism, discipline, and humanity.
